House of
Aaron Overview
The
House of Aaron is not a church in the traditional sense; it
is a ministry carried out by a fellowship of believers in
Yeshua (Jesus) who have a lineage and calling as Aaronite
priests and Levite ministers in Israel. The primary
distinction between the House of Aaron and most Christian
churches is that of being a fellowship centered around a
ministry based on lineage.
Shortly after God brought the children of Israel out of bondage in
Egypt, He chose the Levites to be priests to minister in the
Tabernacle and to be teachers and judges. The other tribes
received physical inheritances of land. The tribe of Levi,
which includes Aaronites, received only their ministry as an
inheritance and was spread out among all the other tribes.
God promised that the Levitical, priestly ministry of Aaron
would continue forever (Jeremiah 33:18), just as he promised
the throne of David would always be occupied (Jeremiah
33:17).
Although of the lineage of Judah, Yeshua is the Great High Priest and
exercises supreme authority in the Body of Messiah. Every
believer and every tribe in Israel is called to function in
unique ways that combine to form a harmonious symphony of
unity.
Today, Israel is being regathered in preparation of Yeshua's
second coming. The House of Aaron today has been restored
and reactivated beginning with a special calling of Maurice
Glendenning, a first-born son of Aaron. Just as in every
regathering or revival in Israel, the House of Aaron is
ministering—teaching, leading and supporting as God moves to
restore His people.
