Generations Gather at EskDale, Utah and Hidden Canyon Retreat, Nevada Join us in reminiscing about the past, celebrating the present and anticipating the future. The best is yet to come! Purpose: A time to reconnect with friends and loved ones, form new relationships and share what good things are going on in our lives. Many people have been associated with EskDale and the House of Aaron and this is an opportunity to reconnect. Date: June 26-28, 2020 Place: EskDale Community and Hidden Canyon Retreat EskDale – In the high western desert of Utah, 8 miles from the Utah/Nevada border, is the small Christian Community of EskDale. The early pioneers of this community started clearing brush, leveling land, and applying for water rights in 1955. By January of 1958, a school house, 2 story dormitory, 4 dwellings and a kitchen/dining center had been built. Education has always been a major focus of EskDale, and a private school was established in coordination with the community development. Long time associations and friendships were formed in those early years that continue through this day. We are so blessed and grateful for the people that God has brought into our lives; relationships that have stood the test of time as well as new ones still being developed. EskDale continues to provide an opportunity for education with a public junior high, high school and preschool. They have a nationally acclaimed dairy and a robust farming program. Hidden Canyon Retreat – Tucked away in the foothills of eastern Nevada and in the North Fork Big Wash drainage, lies Hidden Canyon Retreat, owned and operated by EskDale School alumni. This peaceful retreat center with a single story motel building called Roseberry Court, single unit cabins and a large kitchen dining room area, is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy God’s creation.
